Privacy policy

What we collect
- Account and registration: owner name, email, phone, restaurant name and address, used to review your registration and operate your account.
- Restaurant reporting data: when your POS is activated, it sends order totals, items, taxes, payment methods and refunds so KhataRasoi Cloud can show reports. Customer names and phone numbers are removed before upload.
- QR orders: items and optional name/notes a guest enters, used to deliver the order to the restaurant.
- Technical data: device name, app version and IP address for security and support.
What stays on your computer
Your full POS database — customers, phone numbers, loyalty balances, WhatsApp configuration and history — stays on the restaurant's POS unless you choose to back it up to your own Google Drive.
How we use data
To provide the service, secure it, support you and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of cloud data from the POS settings or by contacting us. Deleting cloud data does not delete your local POS database.
