The service

KhataRasoi provides restaurant point-of-sale software and connected cloud services to approved restaurants. Use requires an approved registration for each outlet.

Approval and access

KhataRasoi may approve or decline registrations and may pause access to an outlet for non-payment, misuse or legal reasons. Pausing never deletes data stored on your POS.

Your responsibilities

Keep your account credentials and staff PINs secure, configure taxes correctly with your accountant, obtain customer consent for marketing messages, and comply with WhatsApp's and payment providers' terms.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, Google Drive and payment providers are used with your own accounts and are governed by their terms.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Test printers, hardware and workflows before going live. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected period, as permitted by law.

Third-party components

The software includes third-party components that remain subject to their own licenses, which are installed with the software.
